01 Why we exist
Build the software the order desk never had.
One of the largest and least examined problems in B2B trade sits between the mailbox and the internal systems and databases.
Every B2B business has that one person. The colleague on the order desk who knows every customer, every article number and every exception, and whose retirement keeps the owner awake at night. Every order, every quote and every promised date passes through their hands. But a person can only do one thing at a time: a single mail can carry forty positions and wait two days on a stock check, and by then the customer has ordered somewhere else.
That work deserves first-class software and has never had any. Hoshii sits between the mailbox and the systems of record. It reads the message, looks up what the customer ordered before, checks the articles and the stock, flags what does not add up and prepares the reply. Days become minutes.
None of it runs on autopilot. An Agent prepares the work, a person approves it, and every correction makes the next order better. That last part is what most AI companies skip.
