An inbound order becomes a ready‑to‑post ERP entry.
Hoshii is for order desks whose day runs on mail. Hoshii reads the incoming communication in whatever form it arrives, matches every line to your products and puts the processed order in front of you to confirm.
Hoshii matches lines to your products
Hoshii matches every line to the right product in your ERP and prepares it as a clean entry. Your team confirms. No rekeying, no second screen.
| Customer | What arrived | What it means | SKU |
|---|---|---|---|
| A. & B. Rinderknecht | 20× short bolts | Hex bolt M8×18 | 4471 |
| Berger Industrietechnik | 20× short bolts | Wood screw 4×30 | 7720 |
Hoshii learns what each customer actually means
Whatever format it arrives in, whatever words they use for it. Every confirmation and correction teaches your Agent how this customer orders, and it applies that from the next order on. It is not a model that has got better at guessing. It has learned how your customers actually write.
Hoshii can run inside Outlook and Gmail
Hoshii needs no migration. Order processing with Hoshii runs as a native add‑in for Outlook and Gmail, so the work appears where the mail already lands. No new tool, no migration, no second login.

Common questions
What is the Order Processing Skill?
It is a capability you give your Agent. The Agent reads inbound B2B orders from email, PDF, Excel, voicemail and photographs, matches each line to a product in your ERP, and prepares an entry your team confirms in one click.
Which formats can it read?
PDFs and scans, email text and forwarded threads, Excel and CSV, audio and voicemail, and photographs including handwriting. Layout does not have to be consistent and the language does not have to be English.
Does it post into the ERP automatically?
Only once someone approves it. Reading your ERP is included on every plan; writing into it is switched on per area of work, and a person confirms the entry before it posts.
Which ERP systems does it work with?
Hoshii is live with 20+ ERP systems, over REST where there is an API and SFTP where there is not. Where a system has no interface at all, Hoshii drives it the way a person would.
How does it handle customers who order the same thing differently?
Hoshii saves every confirmation and correction against that customer, not against the person who made it. The same phrase can mean different products for different customers, and your Agent applies what it learned from the next order on.
