What does Hoshii cost?
Three plans: Launch, Team and Automate. The number is quoted per desk rather than listed, and what sets it is your monthly volume, how many inboxes the desk runs, and which systems Hoshii writes into. A thirty‑minute call on your own mail produces it.
Which plan is right for our desk?
Launch is for one shared inbox. Team is for several people and several inboxes, with single sign‑on and team analytics. Automate is for a desk that wants the entry posted rather than only prepared: writing back into your systems is what that step buys.
How are credits counted?
The work is metered in credits on a monthly allowance, sized with you against an average month rather than a peak. Unused credits roll over rather than expiring, so a quiet month builds the balance a busy one draws on.
What is included in every plan?
Read access to your ERP, the Agent and Skill builder, EU hosting and email encryption, and 25+ languages typed, scanned or spoken. Writing into your ERP and a custom security review are scoped separately.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self‑serve trial. Instead the first run is on your own mail, live on the call, so you see what Hoshii would post to your ERP before anything is signed.
What does it cost to start?
Every desk is quoted on its own volume and systems, so there is no list price to give here. One system and one inbox is enough to start, and the number is settled on the call against your own mail.
