ChefsList is an ordering app the wholesaler invites its hospitality customers into; Order Scan AI also reads orders by fax, email, WhatsApp and handwriting. Hoshii is not a platform for your customers. It reads orders in your mailbox, matches them to the articles and creates them in the ERP after approval, and handles complaints and invoice questions in the same tool.

Is Hoshii an ordering app like ChefsList?
No. Hoshii is your order desk's workplace at the mailbox, not an app for your customers. It reads what comes by mail and creates it in the ERP after approval.
Does Hoshii read handwritten orders?
Yes. Photos of handwritten orders are read and matched to the articles. Stutzer Service processes orders in German, French and Thai that way.
Does Hoshii work with food wholesalers?
Yes, for example Stutzer Service, Egger Gemüsebau and Max Schwarz. The stories are under Customer stories.
Does Hoshii process invoices?
Inbound invoices are recognised, labelled and assigned like any mail. An invoice centre with e-invoicing and DATEV export is not part of Hoshii.
