Orderlion moves your customers into an app. Hoshii takes the order the way the customer sends it.
Orderlion is an ordering app and web shop for food and beverage wholesalers; its AI Inbox also reads orders from email, WhatsApp and voicemail. Hoshii builds no shop. It reads orders in your existing mailbox, matches them to the articles and creates them in the ERP after approval, and handles complaints and questions along the way.

Does Hoshii replace an ordering app?
No. Hoshii is not a shop and does not want to be one. It takes the orders that come by mail and creates them in the ERP after approval. A wholesaler with an ordering app can use Hoshii for the rest that still comes by mail.
Does Hoshii read WhatsApp orders?
Hoshii reads what lands in your mailbox: text, photo or voice message. A direct WhatsApp connection is not standard. Talk to us.
Does Hoshii work with food wholesalers?
Yes. Stutzer Service processes more than 100 orders a day with Hoshii for Microsoft Dynamics. At Egger Gemüsebau, orders arrive by voicemail and PDF and reach the CSB system.
What happens to orders after hours?
They are read on arrival and assigned to the responsible person. In the morning the order is waiting for approval.
