Hoshii vs. Workist

Workist is order processing software. Hoshii is your operations team's workspace, in which order processing is one of several modules.

Book a demo See order processing

Workist reads orders from PDF, email and Excel and hands them to the ERP; your team checks them in the Workist interface. Hoshii can do that too, but it is something else first: the shared workspace for your operations team, where Agents sort every mail, bring the customer in from the ERP and prepare replies. Order processing is a module there.

  • A workspace, not a program for documents Your team works in the Hoshii Workspace on everything that arrives. Workist is an interface for checking orders.
  • Agents for every mail Complaints, questions and invoices are sorted, enriched with the customer from the ERP and prepared with a reply draft.
  • Order processing as a module Orders are read out, matched to articles and created in the ERP after approval. Switched on when the volume justifies it.

The 2 to 3 hours a day we used to process orders have been cut in half. New joiners also have impact significantly faster.

Questions

Is Hoshii an alternative to Workist?

For order entry, yes: both read orders and create them in the ERP after approval. Beyond that, Hoshii is the workspace where your operations team handles every mail. Workist is a program for order documents.

Does Hoshii need training per customer?

No. Hoshii reads orders from day one. What it learns are a customer's habits: article names that differ from the ERP, units, delivery points. Every correction is saved against that customer.

Does Hoshii post to the ERP automatically?

Only once someone on your team approves. Uncertain lines are flagged and never posted automatically.

Do we have to leave Outlook?

Your team works in the Hoshii Workspace, which brings the mailboxes together; addresses and infrastructure stay. For teams not ready to switch there is an Outlook add-in with labels, status and approval.
