Hoshii vs. turian
turian automates orders and quotes. Hoshii is your operations team's workspace, in which that is one of several modules.
turian recognises customer orders in the mailbox, reads them and creates them in the ERP; quotes and bills of quantities come with it. Hoshii creates orders the same way, but is first the shared workspace of your operations team: Agents sort every mail, bring the customer in from the ERP and prepare replies, whether it is an order, a complaint or a question.
- One workspace for the team Personal and shared mailboxes come together in the Hoshii Workspace, with owner, status and internal comments.
- Agents for every mail Complaints, questions and invoices are sorted, enriched with the customer from the ERP and prepared with a reply draft.
- You see where the time goes Hoshii shows response times and open items per topic. Automation follows where it pays.

Which one fits
turian fits if
- You want to automate quotes and bills of quantities alongside orders.
- Special articles without a material number are your biggest problem.
- Your data must be stored in your own infrastructure.
Hoshii fits if
- You want a shared workspace for your operations team, not only an automation.
- Complaints and questions are as much work as orders.
- You want to see where the time goes first, then automate.
The 2 to 3 hours a day we used to process orders have been cut in half. New joiners also have impact significantly faster.
